Cancellation Policy
To ensure the best service for all our valued clients, we kindly request that you provide Danielle with a minimum of 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows her the opportunity to inform other guests on our standby list of any available slots, ensuring that everyone is served efficiently. We have implemented these policies to uphold our commitment to delivering exceptional service and maintaining the highest standards for our established and future clientele. We appreciate your understanding and support in adhering to these criteria. Thank you for taking the time to review our policies.
NO SHOW POLICY:
To ensure fairness and availability for all our clients, we have implemented a no-show policy. In the event of a no-show, clients will be charged 100% of the appointment total. Additionally, clients who arrive 20 minutes or more late will also be considered a no-show and will be subject to the same.
PAYMENT:
Danielle accepts various forms of payment, including debit/credit cards, cash, check, and Venmo.
REFUND POLICY:
We strive to provide exceptional service and outstanding customer care. Please note that there are no refunds on salon services. However, if you have any questions or concerns about the service you received, we kindly ask that you notify Danielle within two days of your appointment.
